Yoga 101 – 2 hour workshop

A broad overview of what yoga is, what it is not, benefits of the practice, how to incorporate it into your life, ends with a series of gentle movements and guided relaxation.

 

Quiet the Mind, Strengthen the Body

A 6 week program, one hour a week, incorporating breath work, body alignment and body awareness. We'll build upon gentle basic movements weekly along with guided relaxation practices.  

 

Privates and Semi Privates

A private or semi-private yoga session tailored to fit you. Transform how you feel and take your practice to the next level! Time and prices vary.

 

Free the Hips 

A 2 hour workshop to gently help you stretch and open the hips and ease any discomfort you may be feeling.

A 1.5-hour session devoted to the spine, guiding you in gentle movements and poses to help keep the spine fluid and happy. Builds strength, flexibility and energy in the spine as well as the chest, abdomen, shoulders, arms and hands.
