“Be good to yourself,” “Be gentle,” “Take care,”  “Rest well,” and many more ‘feel good’ expressions.

How many times have we expressed these sentiments to others? We say it a lot to our friends and family. How often do we take this to heart for ourselves?

No, it’s not a DIY project - at least, not the kind you’re probably thinking. With mine, there are no specialized equipment or skills required - you already have everything you need.

“I am not flexible,” “I can't sit still and quiet my mind,” “I would look silly,” “I might hurt myself,” “I have an injury and am in pain,” and the list goes on and on …

Yes, I have heard them all as an instructor. Admittedly, I have even experienced these same feelings at one time or another.
