How many times a day do we hear, say, or do the phrase, “Let it go!”? So easy to say, so difficult to do. In leading my yoga classes through relaxation, I often end with the statement, “Letting go into your inner flow.”
“Be good to yourself,” “Be gentle,” “Take care,” “Rest well,” and many more ‘feel good’ expressions.
How many times have we expressed these sentiments to others? We say it a lot to our friends and family. How often do we take this to heart for ourselves?
Every Spring, I feel a renewed sense of spirit and intention working to push me through the old and make room for the new. Many of us are motivated to clear out the clutter in our physical spaces, as Spring cleaning begins in earnest.
