What's Your Word For 2020?

Despite always being on my radar as a goal or an intention, decluttering often rears its head at the beginning of a new year. Why?

How Are Our Men Taking Care Of Themselves?

Did you know June is Men’s Health Month? President Bill Clinton made it official signing it into law on May 31, 1994. Hear from our Men of Yoga …

Let It Go!

How many times a day do we hear, say, or do the phrase, “Let it go!”? So easy to say, so difficult to do. In leading my yoga classes through relaxation, I often end with the statement, “Letting go into your inner flow.”
